continue to Rest in Peace Diekolola
I sit around and wonder
and watch the days go by.
I look at all your pictures
and ask, why did you have to leave so soon without saying good bye? Why? But it pleases God that you should be with Him. Who are we to question God other than to give him all the glory.
Diekololami, oremi, alabaro mi. My Besto of life. This wasn’t the plan, we had dreams, big dreams. You were a big dreamer, a visionier and an achiever . You were bold and courageous. You were bubby, full of life, fun to be with and above all Godly. This gives me joy that you are resting in the bossom of the Lord.
You had a large heart, always willing and ready to offer your support. You were kind hearted, warm and cheerful.
You were a beautiful friend to me, one that is irreplaceable. You were my confidant, my gist partner, my party buddy.
Goodnight, my dear friend; your journey has ended in this cruel world. You fought a good fight.
Your struggles have now ceased. No more pain, no more sorrow.
Time to close your eyes to happy dreams.
And wake to eternal peace.
Watch over your lil Prince, Samuel from heaven. He will be great and he will achieve purpose. He will make you proud.
Till we meet again in heaven to part no more.
Adieu my Besto❤

Aunty Dieko, still trying to come to terms with fact that you’ve gone to be with the Lord, but I take solace in the fact that it is truly a better place where there is no pain nor grief.
Constantly reflecting on the memories I have of you; passionate, genuine, fearless and with such a large heart, there were no pretences!
You came, did your sincere best and have laid your sword of victory down at the master’s feet.
Sleep on Beloved till we meet to part no more.
